We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team as an Accounts Executive to oversee all aspects of our online finance operations for Core Classic, an emerging apparel and lifestyle brand focusing on creating elevated essentials to our lifestyles. In this role, you will be responsible for providing finance and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Job Responsibilities
-Performing day-to-day accounting operations.
-Prepare full set of accounts, including monthly management report with analysis report, bank reconciliation.
-Ensure the accuracy of the trail balance and general ledger, inclusive of keeping accurate record of fixed assets, account payable, inventory and bank account.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
-Assist in audit and tax preparation. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
-Liaise with auditor, tax agent and statutory body.
-Monitor and reconcile digital payment platforms.
-Record and categorize all financial transactions related to online sales. accurately in the general ledger.
-Assist in any ad-hoc duties that assigned by the superior

; Requirements:- Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with at least 2-years financial working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft (word, excel), accounting software (e.g Auto Count) and familiarity with digital payment platforms (e.g Billplz, Paypall) will be added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in speaking English and Mandarin is required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and a strong ethical code
