Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Compile and present daily bank balances and monthly creditor outstanding balances for the Management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to support decision-making.
Monthly Account Management:
Compile the monthly management accounts.
Perform reconciliation of inter-company accounts, ensuring all inter-company transactions are accurately recorded.
External Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with suppliers, bankers, external auditors, the Inland Revenue Board, and the company secretary to manage compliance and operational needs.
Ad-hoc Duties:
Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
Familiarity with inter-company transactions and financial reconciliations is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
Proficient in analyzing and managing large data sets with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
