What you'll do: Act as a point of contact between our clients and the Accounting Team through ticket-based communication, by initiating the document collection process and if applicable, escalating their enquiries and concerns to the relevant teams to ensure good client relationship and experience.
Follow-up with clients for accounting document collection through ticket-based communication.
Configure and set up client company settings inside our internally developed system based on ad-hoc requests and provided information.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of bank transactions in our internally developed system based on ad-hoc requests and provided information.
Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track new incoming client assignments.
Manage user accounts within our internally developed system to ensure that user accounts are accurately reflecting the assigned task for the Accounting department.
Any additional tasks as required by Management.
Who you are: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent proficiency in both writing and spoken English with a customer-first mindset with an ability to explain concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment with frequent product improvements and updates.
Preferably has experience in client-facing roles, providing support and resolving inquiries or concerns through ticket-based communication.
Having experience in the Accounting-related field is an added advantage.
