Accounting & Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities : Responsible for Accounts Receivable such as issue sales quotation and invoice, data entry and monitor customers' collection, issue and send monthly customers' statement of accounts.Responsible for Accounts Payable – perform data entry in suppliers' invoice, process and issue payment transactions.Perform bank reconciliation, maintain proper filling of documents & update accounting records and cash book.Undertake any other ad-hoc financial assignments assigned from the Management. Qualifications & Experience : Candidate should possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent.Preferably with at least three (3) years of working experience in accounting field.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Written & Spoken).Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel.Proficient with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.Strong multitasking abilities, committed, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.Self-discipline and able to work independently.Applicants must be willing to work in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor.
