Accounting Manager

ResponsibilitiesOversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirements.
Manage and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial health.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and other departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and collaboration.
