Job description Pivotal member of a lean and efficient finance team, capable of supporting the growth of a dynamic business whilst maintaining appropriate financial governance and controlsBe instrumental in helping F&B company defining leading practice and driving out key improvements through simplification and standardisationAs a growth position within a dynamic and entrepreneurial business, the general nature and level of work within this role is designed to progress as opportunities ariseKey Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and reportingPartner with leadership to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsIdentify and lead key finance projects to improve efficiency and effectivenessEstablish and maintain strong relationships with banks to secure optimal financing servicesManage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentExplore and implement technological solutions to streamline financial processesJob Requirements Seasoned Finance professional with experience in finance operations and accounting. Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes is essential.Proactive, positive and mature team player with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersPossess excellent organisation skills, able to work flexibly to lead projects and demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems, as well as a willingness to roll up one's sleevesGood knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsDesire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in F&B or retail industry would be advantageousProven team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of at least 7-8 membersWhy should you join us?
