Accounting & Tax Admin

Responsibilities:Review and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders (PO) with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor compliance between PO and invoice dates, ensuring that any exceptions are well documented.
Verify completeness of e-invoice submissions and follow up with C2C users for resubmissions (if required) and support vendors with master data requests.
Support payroll in validating Kronos Overtime Report by comparing Overtime Codes with systems data.
Update Concur expense system with hardcopy documents received and maintain an updated record in the Google Drive.
Assist with LHDN Audit and preparation of audit reports.
Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audit.
Job Requirements:
MinimumDiploma in Accounting or equivalent .
Minimum 2 years experiencewith strong technical accounting knowledge in a Multinational Company setup, preferably in a FMCG setup or reputable audit firms.
