Role Description
The incumbent will be the main person in charge of reviewing and ensuring timely delivery on month-end closing, cash flow, asset, reconciliation reporting, fixed asset, and financial analysis/reporting.
Responsibilities
A leadership role where the incumbent will coach and guide the team to meet operational and individual development plans.
Review accounting transactions posted by the team and ensure timely delivery of month-end closing.
Act as an escalation point of contact for issues involving month-end closing as well as year-end closing.
Involve in continuous improvement initiative implementation that aligns with the organization's objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Actuarial, professional certificate, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in RTR function with 3 - 4 years in a supervisory position.
Good time management, leadership, and communication skills.
Candidates with knowledge in SAP accounting system and Indonesian tax would be an added advantage.
