Accounts Ad Admin Executive

An admin and account executive isresponsible for a range of accounting and administrative tasks, including:
Accounting : Managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, recording invoices, and preparing financial reportsAdministrative : Data entry, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring records are in orderCompliance : Ensuring compliance with SST and other regulationsCommunication : Coordinating client communications and liaising with internal teams and third partiesReporting : Preparing reports and ensuring clients are paid on timeAuditing : Handling audits and liaising with auditors and tax agentsBanking : Handling banking matters such as cheque deposits and token applicationsHR : Handling HR duties such as work pass applications, payroll processing, and staff leave recordsSummary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
