Accounts / Admin Assistant

In line with the expansion of our Malaysia office in Subang Jaya, we are looking for personnel to join our team:
Key Responsibilities:For e-invoicing handling
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation and vendor/customer record management
Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as and when required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 1-year working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in accounting entries and experience with accounting systems.
