Description
- To administer schedule upkeep of office equipment, facilities, and maintenance.
- Update and check employee daily attendance and leave application.
- To maintain all related documents in proper and good retrieving mechanism.
- To perform any other duties as assigned and any other ad-hoc task as required by superior.
- Take care of our live office.
- Minimum SPM / O Level / Certificate, Diploma / Advance Diploma / Graduate Diploma in any discipline.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Fully work in Office only.
- Can do simple full set of accounts using software.
