Details of the offer

Requirements :-
*Candidates must at least possess Certificate or Diploma Level in the related field;
*Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
*Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
*Good in written and verbal communication skills;
*Able to work independently;
*Have own transport (COMPULSORY);
*Experienced or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibility :-
*Prepare invoice to customer, payment voucher, receipts and other related documents;
*Follow up payment from debtors;
*To liaise with external parties such as banker, Company Secretaries, auditor, tax agent and statutory authorities for related matters;
*To ensure proper recording, documentation and filing of account and admin transaction;
*Handling full set of financial account;
*To keep track of bank accounts and bank reconciliation;
*Support dispatch duties such as sending and collecting documents, paying bill and etc;
*Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by management.
