Duties and responsibilities Preparing invoices and processing payments & claimsUpdating statutory reportsAssist in monthly and yearly account closing, yearly audit, and tax complianceHandling customer credit assessment, customer registration, and trade receivable collectionsPrepare and manage Kastam reports and matters.Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions and accountAssist in banking-related matters such as bank-in, submission, and collection of documentsFilling of documentation in an orderly formatAssist in any event coordination and activities (meetings/training/luncheon/etc)Handling office administration works and maintenanceResolve financial disputes raised by customer service and sales personnelTo perform other tasks as assignedQualifications Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management or relevantAt least 1 year of working experience in a related fieldKnowledgeable in accounts receivable and accounts payableKnowledgeable in closing accounts is an advantageMust possess own vehicle/transportation
