Accounts & Admin Executive

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
To maintain a full set of accounts.
Responsible for daily accounting tasks relating to banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger.
Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly.
Manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieval.
Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures comply with company policy.
To assist in yearly financial audit and liaise with auditors.
Support office administrative work.
Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / Professional Certificate (fully or partially).
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
Preferably Executives that have experience in handling a full set of accounts or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, etc.
Must be computer literate and familiar with Autocount or any accounting system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Able to deal with large volumes of data and transactions, detail-oriented, and work under minimum supervision.
Applicants must be willing to work at Phileo Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
