Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:Responsible for daily accounting functions, update and maintain accurate data input into accounting system.
To prepare full set of accounts and responsible for month end closing activities.
To provide general administrative, HR and clerical support.
Preparation of monthly staff Payroll.
To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by HOD or management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 1-2 years working experience in accounting field is required.
Knowledge of Accounting Software MYOB will be an added advantage.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
Priority shall be given to those that can start work immediately.
