Accounts/Administration Executive (Based In Singapore)

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Responsible for the timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing for the management accounts, ensuring that the financial statements are properly supported and reconciled, and comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)Managing a full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Fixed AssetsPrepare adjustments to ensure that revenue recognition for projects with multiple progress milestones complies with the relevant accounting principlesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsPrepare monthly bank reconciliationPerform GST reviews and reportingLiaise with auditors and tax consultants to ensure a smooth audit process and compliance with tax regulationsVerify and process staff expense claims and reimbursementProcessing of refundsAssist with other ad-hoc finance-related projectsChasing of A/R and security deposit to be returned back Requirements Minimum Nitec or equivalentAble to work independently under general supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgementProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong organizational skillsDetailed-orientedAble to meet dateline and work effectively under pressureAble to commit weekends and/or OT
