Ø Handle and manage multiple accounting entries, month-end closing.
Ø Perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
Ø Maintain and update necessary records such as invoices and payment vouchers.
Ø Check and monitor customers' invoices and payment issues.
Ø Ensure proper and accurate document filing.
Ø Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, administrative tasks, and ensuring general meeting of deadlines.
Ø Liaise with auditors, customers, and external parties when needed.
Ø Assist with any other ad-hoc assignments.
Competence Requirements:
Ø LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Ø 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Ø Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage.
Ø Committed with a strong sense of urgency towards deadlines.
Ø A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure.
Ø Comfortable working in a fast-changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, and timeliness are key components.
Ø Good math skills and able to spot numeric errors.
Ø Experience in using Accounting Software.
