Embark on a dynamic journey in skin care, cosmetic, personal care, household care, FandB distribution and marketing industry as our Accounts and Admin Officer. The Accounts and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Financial Transactions:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Monthly financial statements that include monthly cash flow, cash flow year-to-date, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Compliance:
Handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with the external auditors and tax agent.
Assist monthly Payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS.
Administrative Support:
Office Management:
Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate office maintenance and manage relationships with service providers.
General Administrative Tasks:
Coordinate and organize company events and activities.
Handle inquiries and provide support to clients, vendors, and staff.
Manage incoming calls and emails.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.

; Requirements:- Minimum of Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) is a plus.
Results oriented and ability to strategise financial goals.
