Accounts Assistant - Ap

Job Responsibilities:
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions before payment.
Keep track of vendor payments to ensure they are on time and respond to vendor inquiries.
Able to resolve disputes/discrepancies in a timely manner.
Follow up on Goods Return and Credit Notes from Suppliers.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel formula vlookup.
Able to communicate with internal and external parties.
Experience in AP/AR reconciliation & double entry.
Basic knowledge of principles of Accounting, minimum Diploma/LCCI.
Able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Preferably with accounting experience.
