Accounts Assistant At Klinik Ajwa (Hq)

Job Description:
1. Responsible for handling a full set of accounts, timely preparation of
financial and management reports.
2. Prepare reports and manage the account payables, receivables, bank
accounts monthly.
3. To assist in organizing account and administrative tasks that facilitate the
smooth running of business operations.
4. Prepare purchase orders and issue payment vouchers, etc.
5. To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support
accounting entries.
6. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
7. Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
8. Finding, locating and contacting debtors to make inquiries on their
payment status.
9. Provide general administrative tasks.
10. Ensure compliance with company rules, policies and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or
equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
3. Experience in operating UBS Software and Microsoft Office.
4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Possess responsible and willing to work attitude and capable to handle
multi-tasks.
6. Self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player.
