About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and proactive?
As ourAccounts Assistant (Billing Section) , you'll be at the heart of our financial team, ensuring seamless billing processes and accurate reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Documentation:Generate daily sales invoices and delivery orders using our in-house ERP system.
Manage and process customer purchase orders for efficient order handling.Prepare weekly debtor aging reports for timely collections.
Compile monthly sales tax and closing stock reports in compliance with regulations.
Assist in creating monthly Quality Assurance (QA) reports.
Accounts Receivables:Manage all documentation related to accounts receivables.Ad-Hoc Tasks:Support additional accounting and financial duties as assigned by your superior.What We're Looking For:
Experience:A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting, billing, or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging sector.
Skills:Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial tasks
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (company in-house system is preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelOrganisational & Time Management Skills:Strong abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:Able to collaborate and communicate well with team members and customers.
Proactive Attitude:A positive, team-player mindset with the initiative to perform various tasks.
