Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting role.
Preferably in construction or property development.
Possess a strong level of analytical skills, numeracy, and strong financial and accounting understanding.
Ability to work independently under fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
Timely compilation and verification of invoices and other accounting documents or records, propose coding and ensure proper and accurate recording of account payables upon approval of accounting codes.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, propose coding and ensure proper and accurate recording of account payables upon approval of accounting codes.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g.
disbursements, expenses vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
To issue official receipts for payment made by customers.
To handle and bank-in cash/cheque received from customers on a daily basis.
