Role Summary:
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting in daily financial operations, including checking transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the senior finance team with various accounting tasks. This role is essential for ensuring smooth financial processes across the club's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify Daily Transactions: Conduct thorough checks of daily golf bills, ensuring accurate reconciliation of sales and collections.Prepare Payment Vouchers: Develop and issue payment vouchers in accordance with established financial protocols.Data Entry: Accurately input accounting and transaction data into the accounting system, ensuring timely updates.Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze reports on driving range and beverage sales, providing insights for management.Monthly Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the senior finance team to assist in the preparation of comprehensive monthly financial reports.Payroll Management: Process overtime claim forms and assist with payroll for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with regulations.Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the administrative and purchasing departments as directed by senior management.Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as delegated by the manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team. Required Qualifications and Skills:
