Accounts Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable .Update daily bank statement, debtor & creditor agingPrepare Bank reconciliation, monthly sales reportsPrepare PV for supplier paymentKey in AR Receipt for customer paymentIssuance of DN & CN, in charge of Supplier ClaimsProcess & update intercompany transactionMaintaining proper filing and bookkeeping system.Others ad-hoc job related to accounts Department including Month End Closing & estimating task JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field.Required language(s): Good in read, write & speak in English, Malay & Mandarin is advantage.Self-discipline and passionate about work.Work hard, seriously up and have a strong sense of responsibility.Required skill(s): Knowledge in NAV accounting system would be advantage, strong numerical, analytical and computer Literate.STPM / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy.Candidates who are available to start immediately will be an advantage Work Location: GELANG PATAH, JOHOR (Taman Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang) OTHERS 5 working days Mon to Friday 8:00 - 17:30Must have valid passport to go to Singapore office for training purpose
