Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Full time
Responsibilities:
Handling general accounting functions of account receivables & account payable such as data entry, filing, scanning, answering calls, processing emails, etc.
Prepare payment receipts, vouchers, and cheques.
Issue invoices, debit and credit notes to clients and intercompany transactions.
Sorting and checking supplier invoices received from the Purchasing Department and reconciliation of invoices according to suppliers' Statement of Accounts.
Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly closing.
Assist in monthly stock count for discrepancies, if any.
Perform day-to-day transactions.
Ensure proper documentation and internal filing.
Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Meticulous and attentive to details.
Min 2 years' relevant experience is preferred.
