Accounts Assistant

Assist in preparing a full set of accounts. - Assist in management account closing. - Assist in preparing the budget. - Perform and prepare cost analysis and presentation slides monthly for management review. - Sort and compile documents and compute; and verify and post detail of the business transaction. - Prepare standing payments, tax and audit schedules, payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, accounts statements, vouchers, cheques, delivery order,s and other records. - Reconcile bank statement, debtor and creditor accounts, inter-company accounts and accounts payable and receivable. - Do checking, batching, and coding of data according to Company's procedure. - Prepare cash collection summary. - Prepare customer aging, track collection and alert the Management on any bad collection from customers. - Compute and analyze inventory cost, initiate stocktake when necessary, report abnormality and discrepancy, and make appropriate recommendations.
