About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team at Ghee Yong Enterprise Sdn Bhd.
in Kuching, Sarawak.
This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to our business, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.
What you'll be doing
Receive and process all invoices and expense payments
Maintain complete and accurate records, input data into the accounting system
Handle daily transactions for petty cash
Issue official receipts
Prepare and review monthly aging and payable schedules
Perform bank reconciliations for all banks
Sort and file invoices and documents, ensuring timely and accurate filing
Willing to learn and able to meet deadlines
What we're looking for
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
Knowledge of Accounting Software is an added advantage
Possess a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
