Provide administrative and clerical support to accounting managers or senior accountants.- Responsible in updating client records, journals and ledgers, file financial records and important documentation, as well as identify and resolve errors in financial records.- To ensure daily accounts functions and dateline are met.- To ensure proper filling of accounts documentations and supporting documents.- To perform monthly reconciliations.- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.**Job Requirement**- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in accounting field.Possess at least LCCI / Diploma in accounting.- Experience of using accounting software.Must have extensive knowledge about financial statements and how they work.
