Accounts Assistant

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Responsible for overall financial and accounting affairs of the company
Prepare monthly and yearly consolidated accounts and cash flow statements, various monthly management reports
Ensure the accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank account reconciliations, journals, and general functions are performed effectively and efficiently
Liaise with external auditors & tax agents (including preparing documentation/schedule for audit)
Handle a full set of accounts
Any other assignments from superior from time to time
Requirements:
Possess at least a professional certificate/diploma in accounting/LCCI/ACCA or its equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
Experience in credit control and Pronto Accounting Software is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
