Accounts Assistant

ResponsibilitiesAssist and support the Accounts Executive in providing accounting and management reports for timely submission.
Prepare payment and bank reconciliation.
Liaise with creditors on all financial matters.
Ensure proper filing of accounting documents to facilitate smooth retrieval of required documents and information.
Comply with clients and applicable legal and other requirements.
Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
Take responsibility and accountability for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Job RequirementsAt least a recognized Diploma/Certificate in Accountancy or its equivalent.
Accounting and Finance/ LCCI or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience in accounts-related functions.
Possess good numerical skills and sharp analytical thinking.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Familiar with computerized accounting software.
Work location: Puchong, Selangor.
