Accounts Assistant - Invoice Matching

Job Responsibilities:Carry out activities according to deadlines.
Monthly inter-company billing matching.
Follow up with suppliers regarding CN and Good Return Note.
Closely follow up with outlets on document completeness.
Coordinate and maintain a good filing system.
Any other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:Able to perform routine and detail-oriented work.
Familiar with Excel.
Basic knowledge of the principles of accounting is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
