About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at PRS Productions (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger transactions.
Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
What we're looking for
Possess a relevant diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role, preferably within the accounting industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training is provided.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software and Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin - Optional) and interpersonal skills.
