Key Responsibilities:
Issue invoices and organize warehouse accounting documents.
Manage and reconcile warehouse accounts.
Independently handle financial tasks, including bank deposits and interactions with government agencies.
What We're Looking For:
Education:Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
Experience:At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communication and account reconciliation with overseas suppliers.
Proficient in Mandarin for coordination with the Chinese headquarters and partners.
Skills:
Familiarity with factory accounting processes and warehouse account management.
Competence in accounting tasks and handling matters related to banks and government departments (own transportation is required).

Applicants residing near Senai will be given preference, allowing for a convenient commute to our facility.
