Accounts Associate

Minimum RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
Experienced and knowledgeable in any accounting system (SQL/ABSS etc).
Sense of responsibility and integrity and able to handle confidential matters.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred for the position.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job ResponsibilitiesHandling full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner.
Prepare bank, debtors, creditors, and stock reconciliations.
Perform day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare monthly management reports, schedules, and other accounts-related matters.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignments.
