Accounts Clerk/Admin

As an Accounts Clerk/Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping : Enter financial data accurately into our accounting system and maintain organized records of all transactions.
Invoice Management : Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers.
Accounts Payable and Receivable : Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking outstanding payments and following up on overdue accounts.
Bank Reconciliation : Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Expense Reports : Assist in the preparation and review of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Financial Reporting : Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Audit Preparation : Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the Accounts Executive and finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
Education : A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Communication : Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
