About the Role:
Prepare monthly financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement and Administrative Duties assigned.
Ensure accuracy of all general ledger transactions.
Monitor Accounts Department day-to-day transaction work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a minimum Diploma in LCCI or equivalent qualification.
Preferably with 3 years working experience in the Property Development industry.
Able to work independently with good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation.
Proficiency in English/Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language.#J-18808-Ljbffr
