Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, filing, data input and arrange payment/remittance.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company transactions.
Responsible for and perform month-end closing.
Daily process & issue invoices for shipment.
Coordinate and liaise with internal & external parties - auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other government sectors.
Perform HR/Admin functions - support management with staffing processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, updating HR data, payroll, purchasing, and working with management to create standard operating procedures.
Maintain good filing for HR/Admin and company documents.
Prepare management reports and monthly reporting as required.
Assist in admin or other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by local or overseas manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
Previous freight forwarding experience would be an added advantage.
Well-organized and able to work independently.
Able to perform multitasks to support and assist the department daily.
Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
