About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join the team at Far East Paper Products Sdn Bhd in our Sungai Buloh, Selangor office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and supporting the accounting functions of the business.
Job Responsibilites : Performing data entry and reconciliation of financial transactionsResponsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basicKeep track and follow up on debtor's outstanding paymentsPreparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting documentationMaintaining accurate financial records and filing systemsAssisting with the preparation of financial reports and statementsProviding support to the accounting team as requiredPerform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the HOD Requirements & Qualifications :
Possess recognized Diploma, LCCI, CAT or Degree in Accountancy or equivalentAble to undertake pressure, highly committed and able to work independently within tight deadlines.Required languange(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Must be willing to work at Sungai BulohPossess own transport What we offer
