Accounts Cum Admin Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Job description Manage daily accounting functions for companies. Manage financial planning, budgetary planning, cash flow planning, treasury and control functions, SST reporting. Responsible for proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions and policies. Perform month-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management. Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs, taxation, and audit. Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable in order to ensure complete. Review creditor aging & closely follow up on overdue payment. Plan and organize day to day accounting operation Monitor the company fund and ensure sufficient funds available to meet the payment obligations. Review SST, and corporate taxation. Liaise with the operation, support personnel, and external parties (eg. Auditor, LHDN, Agent, lawyer and etc.) to resolve problems/queries which arise. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting software preferred. Able to possess own transport.
