Accounts Cum Admin Executive (Niu Micro Services Sdn Bhd)

What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities): Ability to handle full sets of accounts.Handle admin work- replying to emails, correspondences with 3rd parties etcMaking calls or reaching out to prospects.Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, and other government agencies.Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.Maintaining a database of contact information.Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.Handling complaints and negotiations.What do we need from you (Job Requirements): Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, marketing, or related field.Additional education or experience may be preferred.Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses.Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.Well-versed in the accounting system.
