Accounts cum Administrator  Job requirements Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 
(Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Microsoft office - Excel, Words
Experience in using any accounting system is an added advantage, for e.g., EMAS.
Min education level High School or Equivalent (SPM / PMR)
Min work experience 2 years
Job scope / responsibilities Monday to Friday
Need handle full set accounts, stocks, billing & invoicing
Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.Accounts Payable: Managing the accounts payable process by verifying and recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling statements.Accounts Receivable: Generating invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and following up on overdue payments.Bank Reconciliation: Comparing bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.General Administrative Tasks: Filing paperwork, responding to emails or inquiries, and maintaining organized financial records.High responsibility, commitment, and ability to work independently.
