You will be managing a team of 3 executives.Key Responsibilities:-Managing the finance and administration team. Ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.-Prepare full set of accounts and ensure strict compliance with relevant accounting procedures and company policies.-Ensure accurate tax submission, cash flow forecast, and accurate reporting of financial/management reports, including analysis of results and statutory matters. Prepare annual budget and review the actual vs. forecast report.-Anticipating, identifying and articulating legal issues on various corporate and commercial matters to senior management and the board and assisting in corporate/business strategies. -Manage and control the administration flow to be effective and operating with efficient standard. -Monitor the procurement team to ensure an efficient and effective purchasing and procurement activities including supplier management and ensure value for money.-Attend to auditors on any queries and meet stipulated deadlines. -Bachelor's degree in Accounting.-Malaysian resident with a minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. -Experience in the retail and/or shopping mall industry is a MUST. -Good leadership qualities.-Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong organizational and time-management skills.-Thrives working both independently and collaboratively.-Highly dependable, respectful and consistently works to uphold company ethics and standards.
