Accounts receivables including timely billing to clients and ensure collection are on time Project costing and ensuring that project claims are correct Scanning and indexing documents into common folder Accounts payable Keying of invoices into accounting system and ensuring all documents are supported with purchase orders and quotations Manage project costing files and supplier invoices Human Resource Matters:
Recruitment which includes arranging for interviews and orientation for new employees Visa and work permit application for project teams Updating of leave records Payroll matters such as generating payslips and IR8A Staff expense claims Maintaining personal records Organise staff gatherings Administration Matters:
Onsite support for project teams including AR collection and purchase of groceries Assist in sourcing for flights and hotel accommodation Purchase of stationeries, beverages, project and office cleaning items Receptionist duties including answering of phone calls Providing ad-hoc administrative support to director, general manager and project team whenever needed Who are we looking for:
Singaporeans only Bilingual in both English and Chinese Minimum Ó'Level / Nitec / Diploma in relevant discipline At least 1 year of working experience in admin, HR or accounts Some knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries IT savvy with knowledge of MS Office, Teams and Adobe Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
