Job Description:
Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into the company's software system.
Ensure all accounting entries are in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation.
Support in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements.
Reconcile data discrepancies and resolve any errors in the financial data.
Collaborate with the finance team on tasks related to accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to data protection policies.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree / Professional Cert in Accounting / Finance
1 - 2 years' experience in accounting or finance role
Fresh grads can be considered
Basic understanding of accounting / finance figure understanding
