Accounts Executive (6 Months Contract)

Perform day-to-day finance operations such as general accounting postings, checking and preparing cheque payments, petty cash, staff claims, records, and accounts filing requirements.
Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
Prepare journal entries and ensure all supporting documents attached for review purpose.
Check for withholding taxes impact before proceed for payment.
Liaise with other departments for verification of the invoices, timeline, etc.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Assist in preparation of tax information for tax computation purpose.
To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the accountancy, finance, or related field.
Those who are proficient in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and SAP B1 System will have an added advantage.
