Accounts Executive (Accounting & Finance)About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive (Accounting & Finance) to join our dynamic team at ALFA Soundscape & Design Sdn Bhd.
This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and reporting for the company, contributing to its continued growth and success.What you'll be doing
Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures
Handling tax-related tasks, such as GST/SST filing and reporting
Providing support for budgeting and forecasting processes
Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required
Continuously improving financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking forMinimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in theaccounting & financeindustry or department.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, procedures, and regulations
Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA or CPA, is an added advantage.
