Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant

Details of the offer

To maintain proper financial and accounting management records and databases.
Update and track inventory level and movement.
Compile and sort invoices and cheques.
Issue cheque and payment voucher for account payable.
Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.
Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with General Ledger.
Order, store and organize all office supplies.
Assist in month end closing accounts with strict timeline.
Assist in identifying & resolving operational issues relating to accounting.
To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Job Type:Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma or highest (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Language:
Malay (Preferred)
