Responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Oversee petty cash claims and reimbursements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare and review bank reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly. Monitor cash flow, providing regular updates and reports to management to ensure adequate liquidity. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported. Support the finance team with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Accounts Payable function and implement approved changes. Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all documents are filed appropriately. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance manager or department head. Requirements: At least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, with minimum 1 years' of experience in similar capacity is required. Knowledge in accounting principles and practices. Proficient in MS Office applications will be an added advantage. Meticulous, independent, proactive, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, meeting tight deadlines and an effective communicator. Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm
