Accounts Executive (Ar) - Shah Alam

Responsibilities:  Collect payment from all customersChecking aging, ensure payment collect on time Find out outstanding payment, follow up and check Checking payment deduction from customers Update customer reconFiling all customers payment advice and deduction Request & checking export payment Return policy Emai reminder on payment collection to customer Update Discount Provision File Posting daily invoice Update sales to Management group Issue Credit/Debit Note Processing, verifying and posting receipts for goods sold or services renderedResearch and resolving account discrepancies Processing and recording transactionsMaintaining records regarding payments and account statuses Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history and devlop new or better repayment terms Perforing administrative and clerical tasks, i.e. data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders , filling and contacting clients to dicuss their accounts and paymentsGenerating reports and statements for internal and external use Reviewing and reconciling accounts Requirements:  Degree holder in Accounting field 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferable in Food Manufacturing Meticulous, independent, good communication skill Able to work on weekend and public holiday as and when required
