Accounts Executive/Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration task. Responsible in performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivables data. Responsible for account payable including checking, recording and payments. Process bank reconciliation. Preparation of schedule (depreciation, debtors ageing, creditors ageing, management report etc. for weekly and monthly. Manage all accounting documentation and perform filing duties for efficient safekeeping. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the company. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications preferred.Experience with General Ledger (GL) or Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Strong communication skills and a disciplined work ethic.Immediate availability preferred.Positions available  in both Penang (Wisma Public Gold)  & Kuala Lumpur (Manara Public Gold@TRX)
